Overview

Relativity is seeking a Manager of Data & Controls Engineering to lead the Factory Test team in Long Beach, California. You'll be responsible for hardware testing and collaborating across teams to support rocket development. This role requires strong leadership and engineering expertise.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Manager of Data & Controls Engineering, you will lead the Factory Test team responsible for hardware testing at our Long Beach facilities. Your role will involve overseeing the design and operation of test assets, ensuring that they meet the rigorous standards required for rocket development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large structural tests and precise valve actuation, playing a crucial role in the success of the Terran R vehicle. Your leadership will guide the team in solving complex engineering challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing testing protocols that ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
