As an Engineering Technician, you are the frontline guardian of our technological infrastructure, ensuring that our mission-critical facilities operate seamlessly. You have a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience troubleshooting complex equipment. Your expertise allows you to maintain and operate essential systems, including diesel generators, UPSs, and cooling systems, contributing to our commitment to 99.999% uptime.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various systems within our data center operations. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and cooling equipment, ensuring that all systems function optimally. Your hands-on approach will involve regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and immediate response to any operational issues that arise.
You will collaborate closely with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve problems quickly, minimizing downtime and maintaining our high standards of service. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver reliable cloud services to customers worldwide.
Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest technologies and best practices in data center operations.
