What you'll do

As a Billing Team Analyst at Axiom, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and sending accurate invoices to clients for your account portfolio, which typically includes over 200 monthly invoices. You will work closely with the Billing Team Manager and the wider Finance Operations team to ensure that all billing processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve communicating with clients to address any billing inquiries and ensuring that all invoices are delivered promptly via email. You will also assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to billing activities, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying any discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner. You will participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices, fostering a supportive team culture.
