You have a proven track record in technical recruitment, ideally with experience in sourcing engineers and technology specialists. Your ability to engage with candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and GitHub, sets you apart. You understand the nuances of the tech landscape and can identify the right talent for specific roles. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building strong teams that drive innovation. You are adaptable and can quickly adjust your strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
