Uber is hiring a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead the Vehicle Access strategy in Argentina. You'll focus on developing partnerships and programs to improve vehicle supply quality. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership skills.
You have a strong background in strategic initiatives and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in managing partnerships and executing high-impact projects. You possess excellent negotiation skills and can build scalable partnership models that deliver value to all stakeholders involved. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product, is essential for driving initiatives that support business objectives. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational excellence. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
In this role, you will own and drive the vehicle access strategy for Argentina, focusing on improving fleet age, availability, and quality. You will design and launch initiatives that expand access to vehicles through innovative partnerships and financing models. You will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, dealerships, fleet owners, and financial institutions to enhance vehicle supply quality. Collaborating closely with the Uber for Business team, you will ensure that vehicle access solutions meet the needs of corporate customers. You will act as a single-threaded owner for initiatives, coordinating efforts across various teams to achieve operational excellence and growth. Your leadership will be crucial in executing programs that align with Uber's strategic objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
