Verkor is seeking an Operations Manager to support the readiness of their operations in the production of low-carbon batteries. You'll be part of a pioneering team in the electric mobility sector. This role requires a strong background in operations management.
You have a solid background in operations management, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Your experience includes overseeing production processes and ensuring operational readiness for large-scale projects. You understand the intricacies of battery manufacturing and are passionate about sustainable technologies. You thrive in collaborative settings and are skilled at working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing company. You are committed to contributing to the electrification of European mobility and are excited about the future of low-carbon solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operations at Verkor's Gigafactory are ready for production. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your focus will be on implementing best practices in operations management to support the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries. You will monitor production metrics and work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and developing staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives.
