Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform bodywork on multiple panels effectively. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are familiar with large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, and you take pride in delivering high-quality results. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to ensure that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with your colleagues to achieve common goals. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on various vehicles, ensuring that each repair meets Carvana's high standards. You will work on multiple panels, utilizing your skills in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling to restore vehicles to their original condition. You will also handle roof and rocker panel repairs, as well as large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you assess each vehicle's needs and determine the best approach for repairs. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you advance your skills and career within the company.
