Who you are

You have a strong background in creative design with at least 5 years of experience in leading design projects. Your expertise includes a deep understanding of visual communication strategies and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts. You are proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and have experience in creating engaging ad creatives and marketing materials. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders across business, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-impact designs. You are a natural leader, capable of managing a team while also being hands-on in the design process. You understand the importance of aligning design with brand goals and user engagement metrics, ensuring that your work resonates with the target audience.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven design approaches. A portfolio showcasing your design work and successful campaigns will strengthen your application. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design development for in-app ad creatives, banners, videos, and marketing campaigns.
