Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a vast, proven track record in SFDC and reporting, a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies, and the ability to manage a sophisticated tech stack. This role demands the capability to efficiently handle urgent, tactical demands while simultaneously engaging in deep strategic planning and maintaining sight of the big-picture business impact.

 

This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end performance and optimization of the tech stack, providing advanced data analysis and comprehensive reporting to inform strategy, and proactively driving strategic initiatives to streamline operations. Their contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our campaigns, ultimately propelling our company's operations and growth trajectory to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively manage, evaluate, and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integrations and functionality across all platforms (Marketo, SFDC, ABM tools, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage the configuration, maintenance, and hands-on creation of campaigns in Marketo, ensuring business alignment, efficiency, and scalability of marketing and sales processes through workflow and system optimization.
  • Identify, pilot, and implement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance operations, including lead scoring, audience segmentation, and personalization.
  • Strategically manage lead lifecycle, enrichment, scoring, and qualification processes. Oversee the operational configuration and data flow for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Generate comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to enable data-driven decision-making for both marketing and sales organizations.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to handle urgent requests and critical issues with speed and precision, digging into the root cause for quick resolution, while also contributing to long-term strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams across different time zones to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across global markets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in global SaaS companies.
  • Vast, proven, hands-on experience in configuring and managing targeted campaigns within Marketo and Salesforce CRM, specifically tailored for large-scale companies with extensive databases.
  • Proven experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including managing the technical setup and data integration of ABM platforms (e.g., Rollworks, 6sense, or similar tools).
  • Deep technical understanding of complex integrations between core marketing platforms and database management.
  • In-depth understanding of lead management, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics within a hyper-growth context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle urgent requests under pressure, and maintain a big-picture strategic perspective.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory for communicating with diverse, international, and executive stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as Full Circle Insights, ThoughtSpot, Unbounce, and Chili Piper are a plus.
