Overview

ConductorOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and build relationships with enterprises. You'll own the entire sales cycle and collaborate with various teams to position ConductorOne as a strategic partner. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by landing new clients and building long-term relationships. Your ability to understand complex customer needs and articulate value propositions sets you apart. You are comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively position ConductorOne as a strategic partner in identity security.

You possess strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive engagement and customer satisfaction. Your professionalism and positivity shine through in every interaction, reflecting ConductorOne’s core values. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the identity security or cybersecurity space is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by potential clients. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation will also enhance your ability to communicate the benefits of ConductorOne’s offerings. A network of contacts within the enterprise sector can be advantageous as you seek to expand ConductorOne's reach.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to demos, RFPs, negotiation, and closing deals. You will craft and deliver compelling value propositions that clearly articulate how ConductorOne solves real customer challenges. Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders will be a key focus, as you work to deeply understand each customer’s business, IT strategy, and security priorities.

You will collaborate with our channel ecosystem, including VARs and strategic partners, to co-sell and drive joint success. Your ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams will be essential in driving pipeline and engagement. You will represent ConductorOne’s core values in every interaction, always leading with professionalism and positivity.
