You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in building internal tooling or platform-as-a-service offerings. You understand the complexities of compliance requirements and have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Your experience with Machine Learning or AI is a significant asset, as you will be working on automating complex decision-making processes. You are a strategic thinker who can drive operational autonomy and safety, enabling non-engineering teams to manage compliance programs effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at communicating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks. You are comfortable working with data and have a knack for identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights will be invaluable in this role.
