VTEX is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead digital strategy for Retail and Industrial audiences. You'll manage paid media across various platforms and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights. This role requires expertise in HubSpot and digital marketing strategies.
You have over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content management and paid media strategies. Your strategic mindset allows you to connect content with performance analytics, ensuring a cohesive digital presence that drives revenue. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage insights to optimize marketing campaigns effectively.
As a Senior Digital Marketing & Content Manager, you possess deep knowledge of various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. You are skilled in building channel-specific targeting strategies that resonate with both Retail and Industrial audiences. Your expertise in HubSpot operations makes you the go-to person for managing marketing workflows and audience segmentation.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with management to shape messaging and creative direction for all paid channels. Your ability to analyze real-time performance data allows you to make informed decisions that enhance conversion rates and drive qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

In this role, you will own the digital marketing strategy for VTEX, focusing on both Retail and Industrial sectors. You will lead the paid media strategy, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives that engage prospects and drive them from awareness to conversion. Your insights into buyer behavior will inform your strategies, allowing you to create targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience.
