What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Global Head of Services Advisory and play a pivotal role in expanding Ivalua's footprint in the EMEA region. You will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and help them envision successful implementations of the Ivalua platform. Your expertise will guide clients in quantifying the value of their investments and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align service offerings with customer expectations and market demands. As a leader within the Services Advisory team, you will contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and innovation within the team. Your role will require you to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
