What you'll do

As the Associate Maintenance Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to leadership, overseeing maintenance and reliability for your assigned building or shift. You will manage maintenance-related processes, including the upkeep of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, and overall building maintenance. You will motivate and inspire a team of technicians, fostering a positive team dynamic that encourages feedback and drives change from within. You will also manage outside vendors, facilitating both planned and unplanned repairs while ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations. Your role will involve maintaining a current list of contractors to handle emergency repairs and identifying problems to brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center.
