Amazon is seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to design and execute impactful ABM programs for enterprise customers. You'll leverage AWS and marketing operations to drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong project management and analytical skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account-based marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in designing and executing targeted marketing initiatives. Your strategic thinking is complemented by hands-on execution, allowing you to drive measurable business outcomes effectively. You possess strong project management skills and have the ability to analyze customer data and market trends to inform your campaign strategies. You excel at building relationships with sales teams, understanding account priorities, and translating them into effective marketing programs. Your analytical capabilities enable you to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, ensuring that your marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can influence stakeholders to align on marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and execute territory-specific account-based marketing campaigns that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact. You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs. Analyzing customer data, buying signals, and market trends will be crucial in informing your campaign strategy and optimization efforts. You will create and implement multi-channel programs, including events, digital marketing, and direct outreach, to deliver personalized customer experiences. Partnering with regional marketing teams, you will ensure that your ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts. You will drive operational excellence through standardized processes and documentation, tracking and reporting on program performance to optimize and scale successful approaches. Managing program budgets effectively will also be a key responsibility.
