Directive Consulting is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive performance marketing for B2B clients. You'll leverage your expertise in SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization to exceed client targets. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the SaaS marketplace.
You have a strong background in demand generation with a focus on B2B marketing — your experience spans at least 5 years, where you've successfully managed multiple client accounts and driven measurable results. You are a T-Shaped Marketer, possessing deep expertise in the SaaS marketplace, particularly in Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Your analytical mindset allows you to craft data-driven strategies that optimize campaigns and fuel demand for innovative brands.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are obsessed with performance metrics — you understand the importance of SQLs over traditional metrics like MQLs, and you are eager to make a significant impact on your clients' success. Your ability to interface with customers and pitch strategies is exceptional, and you take pride in owning the success of your client portfolio. You are a proactive communicator, ensuring that clients are informed and engaged throughout the campaign process.
Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus — familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools will enhance your ability to deliver results. You are also comfortable working in a collaborative environment, where you can share insights and learn from your peers.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing no more than seven client accounts, ensuring that their performance marketing strategies are executed flawlessly. You will develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, focusing on driving SQLs and customer acquisition. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and interfacing directly with clients to discuss results and future strategies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned and that clients receive the highest level of service. Your role will also involve pitching new strategies to clients, showcasing your expertise and understanding of the market. You will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your approach to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
