Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Belton, MO. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing painting tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of attention to detail in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive painting techniques would be a plus. Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and technologies is also beneficial, as it aligns with Carvana's commitment to using the best equipment in the industry.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will mix paints to achieve the desired colors and finishes, ensuring that each vehicle is prepared correctly for painting. Your role will also involve buffing and touch-up work to guarantee that the final product is flawless. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to enhance your efficiency and the quality of your work. Training programs are available for entry-level positions to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
