Axon is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales efforts in various sectors including retail and healthcare. You'll be responsible for building relationships and driving sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership and relationship management skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders across various industries, including retail, healthcare, and private security. Your ability to think creatively and articulate complex solutions sets you apart, allowing you to navigate large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by a mission that matters, such as enhancing safety and justice through technology.
Experience in selling technology solutions or services is a plus, particularly in sectors outside of public safety. Familiarity with building go-to-market strategies and working in a startup-like environment will help you thrive in this role. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly to meet the needs of early customers while establishing repeatable sales motions.
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will take ownership of the sales process, driving revenue growth by selling our innovative products and services. You will work closely with the General Manager of Enterprise to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Your ability to articulate the value of Axon's ecosystem of devices and cloud software will be key to your success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and sales strategies.
