Overview

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee the customer lifecycle for enterprise clients. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure customer success and drive product development. This role requires strategic thinking and experience in customer success management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record of managing customer relationships, particularly with enterprise clients, and understand the complexities involved in large-scale compensation programs. With at least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, you excel at building trust and rapport with senior stakeholders. You are strategic in your approach, utilizing data and feedback to drive customer satisfaction and product improvements. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with sales, product, and support teams to align on business outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and influence decision-making at all levels. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to their long-term success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle for our largest enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing structured plans to help clients achieve their business objectives, providing ongoing support and training, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also track customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, conducting business reviews, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
