Telligen is seeking an Outpatient Program Specialist to oversee quality improvement initiatives in chronic disease management and behavioral health. This remote position is open to candidates in several states, including Missouri.

As an Outpatient Program Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives. You have a strong understanding of chronic disease management and behavioral health, and you are skilled in data reporting initiatives. Your experience in healthcare programs equips you to drive improvements and enhance patient outcomes across the region. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve program goals.
