OPSWAT is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the Indian regional sales team by identifying customer challenges and aligning solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and effective communication skills.
You have a strong technical background and experience in sales engineering, ideally within the cybersecurity domain. You understand customer needs and can effectively communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be a key point of contact for customers and partners. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, supporting sales teams to drive business growth. You are based in New Delhi and are proficient in English, which allows you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You are adaptable and can manage multiple customer requirements while ensuring alignment with OPSWAT's solutions.
Experience in IT, OT, or ICS cybersecurity is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. You may have a background in technical sales or presales engineering, which equips you with the skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will work closely with the OPSWAT sales team and partners to drive business in the Enterprise and Government sectors. You will manage customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that they are met with the right solutions. Your expertise will help build customer confidence in OPSWAT's products and solutions, facilitating the sales process. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how OPSWAT's offerings can address specific customer challenges. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that align with market needs and customer feedback. Your role will involve continuous learning about OPSWAT's evolving technology and how it can be leveraged to meet customer demands effectively.
