Overview

NICE is seeking a Maintenance Sales Analyst to ensure timely renewal of service contracts through data analysis and customer engagement. This role involves preparing sales quotes and collaborating with account executives to maintain customer relationships.

Who you are

You have a strong analytical mindset and are skilled in interpreting data to drive sales strategies. Your experience in sales operations has equipped you with the ability to prepare and modify complex sales quotes for a high-end customer base. You excel at collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from various internal systems, ensuring that renewal quotes are accurate and timely. You are adept at engaging with customers to manage relationships and understand their business objectives, linking NICE products and solutions to their strategies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with management and account executives to develop effective sales approaches for contracts nearing expiration. You are committed to maintaining high customer retention rates and maximizing annual contract value.

Desirable

Experience in a similar sales analyst role or within the technology sector would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus, as is a background in customer relationship management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of service contracts by analyzing and interpreting data from various systems. You will prepare and modify complex sales quotes tailored to an established high-end customer base. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data to create comprehensive reports that inform renewal quotes for customers.
