Kinsta is seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage existing client accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
You are a proactive Account Manager with a knack for building relationships and a strong focus on client satisfaction. With experience in managing client accounts, you understand the importance of retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling. Experience in a post-sale, client-facing role is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud hosting or related technologies. You may have a background in sales or customer success, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel in this position. A strong understanding of the EMEA market will also be beneficial in this role.
As an Account Manager at Kinsta, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated group of clients, known as your book of business, throughout their entire journey with us. Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their objectives while ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our service offerings and that we continuously improve our processes to better serve our clients.
