Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex negotiations and building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses. Your analytical skills allow you to identify high-potential partners and balance quality with volume in competitive markets. You are disciplined and strategic, focusing on long-term value rather than just immediate results. You thrive in a field-based role and are willing to travel as needed to meet your clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Uber, you will be responsible for expanding the restaurant selection for Uber Eats by acquiring new SMB partners. You will design and manage your sales funnel, aiming to close approximately 20 restaurants per month. Your role will involve sourcing, qualifying, and prioritizing potential restaurant partners based on various insights and operational readiness. You will lead multi-step negotiations that balance unit economics and merchant expectations, ensuring that deals are structured effectively to maximize long-term value. You will also follow up with new partners to ensure they activate successfully and remain engaged from day one.
