Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously while advocating for your customers within the organization. Your technical aptitude allows you to understand complex concepts related to MongoDB and databases, and you are eager to learn more about these technologies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various teams, including Sales and Professional Services, to drive customer success. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as you will take ownership of your customer portfolio and make key decisions to ensure effective outcomes. You are comfortable escalating issues to the executive team when necessary and have a proven track record of de-risking customer challenges.

Desirable

Experience in a technical environment is a plus, as it will help you better understand the needs of your customers. Familiarity with account management tools and methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.
