Tenable is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to oversee the Quality function for their Exposure Management product. You'll focus on an automation-first strategy and improving release reliability. This role requires extensive experience in quality engineering and automation practices.
You have a strong background in Quality Engineering with a focus on automation — you've led teams in implementing test automation strategies that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Your experience includes defining quality metrics and ensuring they align with engineering goals, fostering a culture of excellence across teams. You understand the importance of observability-driven quality insights and are skilled in data-backed decision making, which helps in scaling test automation effectively. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in a team environment, guiding your team to achieve high standards in quality assurance.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus, as is familiarity with various automation tools and frameworks. You have a passion for mentoring and developing talent within your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's quality vision.
In this role, you will define and execute the long-term Quality Engineering vision for Tenable's Exposure Management product. You will establish an automation-first culture, ensuring that test automation is embedded into CI/CD and development workflows. Your responsibilities will include scaling test automation efforts, improving release reliability, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to align quality initiatives with business objectives, driving strategic improvements in product quality. You will also be responsible for establishing quality metrics and reporting on them to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in quality processes.
