You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive painting. You understand the importance of attention to detail and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our state-of-the-art paint booths. Your primary task will be to match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish on every vehicle. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality results efficiently. You will also collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting. Your role will involve continuous learning and improvement, as you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
