Overview

Airbnb is seeking a Sales Operations & Vendor Performance Lead for the APAC region to drive operational excellence and lead sales strategy. You'll manage vendor performance and utilize strong data literacy skills to optimize acquisition activities.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations and vendor performance management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct deep-dive analyses and develop robust KPI tracking frameworks. You thrive in a strategic environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to align vendor execution with broader growth objectives.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as the main point of contact for vendor partners. Your ability to manage relationships and ensure alignment between performance expectations and acquisition strategies is key to your success. You are data-driven and have a strong understanding of CRM and performance management systems, which you leverage to drive continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience in the APAC market is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. A background in the tech or hospitality industry would be beneficial, as it will help you understand the nuances of Airbnb's operations and vendor relationships. You are adaptable and open to learning, always looking for ways to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end performance management of strategic vendor partners, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and continuously improve in quality and efficiency. You will develop and maintain KPI tracking and reporting frameworks to monitor vendor performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving actionable insights.

You will lead the sales operations strategy for acquisition activities in the APAC region, shaping the strategy, insights, and incentives that power Airbnb's growth acquisition engine. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between vendor execution and acquisition performance, ultimately contributing to Airbnb's broader growth objectives in the region.

You will conduct regular performance reviews and deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of performance issues, providing recommendations for improvement. Your ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies will be crucial in driving operational excellence across the vendor network.
