You'll leverage your industry expertise to optimize workforce flexibility and scale operations. This role requires 5+ years of experience in account management within enterprise light industrial companies.
You have over 5 years of experience working with enterprise light industrial companies, such as those in supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL). Your background has equipped you with the industry expertise necessary to understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these organizations. You are growth-oriented, with a proven track record of success in driving account growth and retention. You excel in relationship management, sales expansion, and strategic consulting, making you a trusted advisor to your partners.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with senior leaders across various sectors. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships is key to your success. You are motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals and are passionate about leveraging technology to optimize workforce solutions.

You will work closely with senior leaders in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, and third-party logistics (3PL) companies, serving as a trusted advisor. Your role will involve helping these organizations leverage Instawork's platform to optimize workforce flexibility and scale their operations effectively.
You will blend relationship management with strategic consulting, ensuring that our partners achieve their business goals through the use of our AI-powered labor marketplace. You will identify opportunities for sales expansion and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our partners.
Your success will be measured by your ability to foster strong relationships, drive account growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, using this knowledge to provide valuable insights to your partners.
