Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Auburn, WA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing painting tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of quality in your work and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus. A background in automotive repair or related fields can enhance your candidacy. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered to improve your skills and pay.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes priming and final sanding. You will mix paints and perform touch-ups as needed, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Your role will also involve buffing vehicles to achieve a flawless finish. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing advanced tools to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted in a timely manner, contributing to the overall customer experience.
