What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer II on the ICON team, you will be responsible for solving complex compute and operational problems from design to delivery. You will work on tier-1, multi-tenant, high-performance systems, addressing technical challenges unique to Amazon's scale and throughput. Your role will involve creating and updating strategic developer productivity tools built on AWS technology, which are used across Amazon to manage hundreds of thousands of services.

You will collaborate with other engineers to design and implement solutions that enhance operational quality and security. Your work will directly influence the performance and reliability of Amazon's global marketplaces and partner portals, impacting millions of customers. You will also be involved in deploying configurations that intelligently manage traffic flow, ensuring optimal performance across the platform.
