Corelight is seeking a Director of Business Technology & Strategy to lead the transformation of IT into a strategic partner for the business. You'll focus on customer-centric scalability and the enablement of Generative AI. This role requires visionary leadership and a deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure.
You have a strong background in business technology and strategy, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving technology initiatives that align with business goals. Your experience includes transitioning IT from a utility provider to a strategic partner, ensuring that technology operations are reoriented around the internal customer experience. You possess excellent diagnostic skills for identifying technical bottlenecks and creating scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are a visionary builder, capable of leading internal startups and driving innovation in data analytics and AI.
You understand the importance of cybersecurity and have a keen interest in leveraging technology to combat cyber threats. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex technical environments and can effectively communicate the value of technology to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with open-source technologies and a strong understanding of network security principles will set you apart. Familiarity with data analytics platforms and generative AI technologies is highly desirable, as is a background in customer experience optimization. In this role, you will lead the Scalable Company Operations pillar at Corelight, focusing on how technology can accelerate business strategy. You will oversee the launch of a cross-domain Data Analytics Platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of internal customers and enhances operational efficiency. You will also drive the organizational enablement of Generative AI, positioning Corelight as a leader in leveraging AI for cybersecurity.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical bottlenecks within the enterprise infrastructure and implementing scalable, secure solutions that improve the internal customer experience. You will act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business goals, ensuring that technology initiatives align with the overall strategy of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
Corelight offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $201,000—$270,000 USD, depending on your location, skills, and experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a high-visibility role that directly impacts the company's strategic direction.
