You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centric solutions that enhance user experience. Your expertise in Figma allows you to craft visually appealing and functional designs that resonate with users. You understand the importance of user research and feedback, and you have a track record of incorporating these insights into your design process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions. You are passionate about creating intuitive interfaces that simplify complex tasks and improve user engagement. You are also familiar with design systems and ensure that your designs align with established guidelines for consistency and accessibility.

Experience with AI-driven design solutions is a plus, as you will be working on features that leverage user behavior to enhance contact management. Familiarity with user governance and permission flows will help you in defining how users interact with multiple databases. A background in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and developer relations, will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define how users structure, manage, and govern contacts across multiple databases. You will create UX and visual designs for AI-driven suggestions, templates, and permission flows that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, AI, and ML teams to ensure consistent experiences across all touchpoints. Planning and running research sessions, workshops, and feedback reviews will be part of your responsibilities to validate database and permission workflows. You will also contribute to the Echo Design System, ensuring that your designs are clear, scalable, and accessible. Your work will help refine and expand AI-supported experiences, making a significant impact on how users interact with contact data.
