Cohere is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise clients looking to integrate AI into their operations. This role emphasizes building long-term partnerships and requires strong consultative selling skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or AI sectors, with experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You thrive on building long-term partnerships rather than just closing deals, understanding that success comes from uncovering how solutions can solve critical business challenges. Your consultative selling approach allows you to effectively communicate the value of AI solutions to enterprise clients, ensuring they see measurable ROI from their investments.
You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client operations. Your ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner helps you build trust with clients and position Cohere as a trusted partner in their innovation journey. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced environment of AI technology, always keeping the customer’s needs at the forefront of your strategy.
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise clients, from initial prospecting through to closing deals. Your mission will be to identify and engage with organizations seeking to embed AI into their core operations, demonstrating how Cohere’s platform can enhance customer experiences, accelerate research and development, and optimize complex operations. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to uncover business challenges and position our secure, scalable, enterprise-ready solutions as the answer.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are integrated seamlessly into their operations. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to track progress, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with the solutions provided. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in their AI journey.
