What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the critical infrastructure of Microsoft's datacenters. This includes performing inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are functioning optimally. You will participate in troubleshooting equipment issues, working closely with other technicians and engineers to resolve problems quickly. Your adherence to safety and security requirements will be paramount, as you will be enforcing protocols that protect both the infrastructure and the personnel working within it. Additionally, you will assist in developing methods of operating procedures (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
