Marketing Lead - Deeploy

At Deeploy, we are pioneering AI governance solutions that help organizations innovate responsibly and comply with the latest regulations. Now, we are looking for a strategic Marketing Lead to drive our growth across Europe and position Deeploy as the go-to platform for AI governance.

Why this role matters:

As our Marketing Lead, you will architect and execute marketing strategies that accelerate AI governance adoption across enterprise customers. Working closely with our founders, you will translate complex AI governance concepts into compelling narratives, orchestrate account-based marketing campaigns, and build the marketing engine that powers our European expansion.

What you will own:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and market penetration across European regulated sectors.

  • Account-Based Marketing Excellence: Design and implement sophisticated ABM campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts in financial services, public institutions, and other regulated industries.

  • Product Marketing: Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions that resonate with diverse stakeholders from compliance officers to CTOs.

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Lead content project management across all formats—whitepapers, case studies, webinars, thought leadership articles, and sales enablement materials that establish Deeploy as the AI governance authority.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Build analytics frameworks and automation workflows to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing spend, and scale what works. Bring an analytical mindset to every initiative.

  • Sales and partnership enablement: Partner with sales, product, and partnership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and accelerate revenue growth.

Who you are:

  • Experienced professional with 4-7 years in B2B marketing roles, ideally within enterprise software, AI, data infrastructure, or compliance tech, with proven experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.

  • ABM expert who has successfully designed and executed account-based marketing programs that generated qualified pipeline and closed deals in enterprise segments.

  • Analytical thinker with strong technical acumen—you understand marketing automation platforms, can build dashboards, interpret data, and continuously optimize for ROI.

  • Product marketing pro with experience positioning technical products for diverse audiences, creating competitive positioning, and enabling sales teams with powerful narratives.

  • Content orchestrator skilled in managing complex content projects, coordinating across stakeholders, and delivering high-quality assets on time and on brand.

  • Domain aware with knowledge of European regulatory landscapes (GDPR, EU AI Act) and regulated sectors like financial services or public institutions is a strong plus.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across diverse, international teams.
