Xometry is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a customer-facing expert for strategic accounts. You'll leverage your mechanical engineering background to optimize projects and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise and customer engagement skills.

As a Technical Account Manager at Xometry, you will be embedded within our most strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly onsite visits to customer and partner locations, where you will build relationships and gain a deep understanding of their needs.
