You are a proactive and adaptable Account Manager with a strategic mindset and a hands-on mentality. Experience in the financial technology sector or with payment solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You should be comfortable managing a wide portfolio of accounts across various verticals, demonstrating your ability to adapt to different client needs and expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with a talented team of Account Managers, collaborating to drive commercial success and enhance customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities within your portfolio and leveraging them to help Adyen scale effectively. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. You will also participate in strategic discussions, contributing your insights to help shape the direction of the team and the company.
