You will have the chance to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with the potential for total on-target earnings reaching up to $120,000 in your first year. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets. You will also benefit from ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and performance.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $51,000, along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement.
