What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Airbnb, you will join the Privacy Engineering team, where your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable privacy solutions that empower product teams to innovate while upholding the highest standards of data privacy. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that user data is protected and privacy standards are upheld, fostering a safer and more trustworthy Airbnb community. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and monitoring, ensuring that the solutions you build are robust and efficient.

You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data privacy and engineering, allowing you to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and technologies. You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, ensuring that the codebase remains clean and maintainable.
