What you'll do

Join the Storage Team at MongoDB and contribute to the development of WiredTiger, a world-class distributed open-source storage engine. You will work on projects that involve supporting efficient sparse data via column stores, enabling additional workloads at higher levels of the MongoDB data platform stack. Your role will include collaborating with the Server teams to unlock innovative features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will be responsible for implementing algorithm improvements and performance optimizations that enhance the efficiency and scalability of our storage solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the performance of applications that rely on MongoDB, ensuring that we meet the most demanding customer expectations. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and helping to maintain high standards of code quality within the team.
