Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Technician to perform light to medium automotive repairs. You'll work on various vehicle systems and contribute to a high-tech inspection environment. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to perform light to medium automotive repairs effectively. Your expertise includes working on general automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are familiar with completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carrying out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer needs.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and techniques will also enhance your candidacy. A valid driver’s license is essential, and proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English is required to communicate effectively within the team and with customers.
As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs on our vehicles. This includes diagnosing issues and executing repairs on essential vehicle systems. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall efficiency of the inspection process. Your role may also involve training entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
