Recruiting Coordinator (Temp/Part-time)

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications. You will work closely with recruiters and cross-functional partners to ensure a smooth hiring process. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and supporting onboarding logistics for new hires. You will gain exposure to best-in-class talent practices at Wpromote, a recognized leader in digital marketing. As a temporary, part-time position, you will be expected to commit up to 20 hours per week for a duration of 3–4 months. Candidates residing in Pacific Time (PT) are strongly preferred, as this will facilitate collaboration with the team.
