Gorgias is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic technology and agency partners in the APAC region. This role focuses on driving joint revenue initiatives and requires strong relationship management skills.
You have extensive experience in partnership management, ideally within the technology or e-commerce sectors — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and understand the nuances of strategic partnerships. You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively coordinate sales cycles and drive joint revenue initiatives. Your background includes working with ISVs, development, digital marketing, and e-commerce agencies, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem. You are passionate about the potential of Conversational Commerce and are excited to contribute to a company that is at the forefront of this shift. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Gorgias' most strategic technology and agency partners across the APAC region. You will drive joint revenue initiatives, coordinating sales cycles and ensuring that partnerships evolve from basic referral relationships to more integrated collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals, ensuring that both Gorgias and its partners benefit from these relationships. You will analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data to inform your strategies. Your role will involve regular communication with partners, providing them with the support they need to succeed and ensuring that they are engaged with Gorgias' offerings. You will also represent Gorgias at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative approach to Conversational Commerce.
