Senior Associate, Medical Benefits

You are a proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to managing relationships with carriers in the medical benefits space. Your collaborative problem-solving skills will be invaluable as you work closely with Operations peers and members of Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Legal, and other cross-functional teams. What you'll do

In this role, you will actively engage in managing our relationships with carriers, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of medical benefits. You will identify opportunities for improving efficiency and streamlining processes, collaborating with various teams to implement solutions. Your contributions will help shape the way we handle HR issues and support businesses in focusing on their core operations.
