Carvana is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Cosmetic Inspector to identify cosmetic imperfections and assist in vehicle preparation. This role requires professional automotive prepping experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You are an entry-level professional with a background in automotive prepping, eager to join Carvana as a Cosmetic Inspector. You have a keen eye for detail and can identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs before and after the paint process. You are ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, utilizing state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You are at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional experience in prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles will be beneficial. You are open to training programs that will enhance your skills and pay as you progress with the company. You are motivated by the opportunity to work with a leading automotive retailer and contribute to the quality of vehicles prepared for customers.
As a Cosmetic Inspector at Carvana, you will be responsible for identifying cosmetic imperfections on vehicles before and after the reconditioning process. You will assist in various tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards. You will work closely with a team of professionals, learning the ins and outs of automotive cosmetic inspection and preparation. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to prepare low-mileage, late-model cars for our customers, ensuring they are in pristine condition.
You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive inspection. This will include learning about the latest technologies and methods used in the industry. As you gain experience, you may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the company.
