You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in account management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role. You have a strong ability to build, mentor, and coach teams, fostering an environment that encourages growth and collaboration. Your expertise in people management, expectation setting, and strategic portfolio growth is complemented by your skills in conflict management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable engaging with executives to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

You understand the importance of creating a positive team culture and are committed to iterating on processes that enhance team dynamics. Your leadership style is inclusive, and you believe in empowering your team to take ownership of their careers. You are motivated by the challenge of accelerating growth in strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue, and you are passionate about developing future leaders within your organization.

What you'll do
