Secureframe is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support backend implementation and onboarding of customers. You'll work closely with Compliance and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have experience in implementation roles, ideally within the tech or cybersecurity sectors, where you've supported backend processes and customer onboarding. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality documentation. You understand the importance of compliance frameworks and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all customer accounts are configured correctly and workflows run smoothly. You are comfortable with limited customer communications, primarily through email, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values creativity and forward-thinking.
Experience with cybersecurity compliance or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success methodologies. You may have worked with various compliance frameworks and understand the nuances of customer onboarding processes. A background in technical support or customer operations would also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
In your role as an Implementation Specialist at Secureframe, you will play a crucial part in the backend implementation and onboarding of customers. You will work closely with the Compliance, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure that all customer accounts are set up correctly and that onboarding workflows are executed on schedule. Your responsibilities will include configuring customer accounts, supporting compliance framework mappings, and maintaining high-quality internal documentation. You will also assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the onboarding process, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience as they integrate Secureframe's solutions into their operations. While this role is not primarily customer-facing, you will support limited customer communications related to backend setup and provisioning, collaborating closely with customer-facing teammates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
