Coupang is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for Offsite Ads and Coupang Play. You'll drive strategic direction and establish a shared vision across the company. This role requires extensive experience in product management.
You are a seasoned product manager with a strong background in defining and executing product strategies. With over 5 years of experience in product management, you have a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish a shared vision across teams and obtain buy-in from stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs.
Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising is a plus, as it will help you understand the nuances of the industry. Familiarity with audience networks and OTT advertising will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable with A/B testing and user research methodologies, which will aid in refining product features and enhancing user experience. A passion for technology and innovation drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
In this role, you will drive the strategic direction for Coupang’s Audience Network and Offsite Ads. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features that enhance user engagement and revenue generation. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth, analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
You will also be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and iterating on features based on performance data. Your role will involve presenting product updates and insights to senior leadership, advocating for user needs, and driving a culture of innovation within the team. You will mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.
