Who you are

You have a solid track record as a Data Architect, with over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions. Your expertise in Databricks and Delta Lake allows you to create robust Lakehouse architectures that unify data engineering, advanced analytics, and generative AI. You understand the importance of data governance and security, implementing frameworks that ensure data quality and compliance with regulations like LGPD.

Your experience includes designing infrastructure for the machine learning lifecycle, where you have successfully supported MLOps initiatives from feature engineering to deploying large language models. You are well-versed in integrating complex data pipelines with critical systems such as SAP (S/4HANA) and legacy databases, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.

As a technical leader, you guide engineering teams in adopting best practices for version control and system resilience. You possess a pragmatic mindset focused on continuous evolution, always prioritizing value for the organization. Your knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow and familiarity with Data Mesh and domain-oriented architectures set you apart in the field.

Desirable

Experience in the energy or oil & gas sectors is a plus, as is proximity to SAP technologies like Datasphere. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to innovate while maintaining a strong focus on delivering business value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the corporate platform on Databricks, establishing ingestion standards for both batch and streaming data. You will implement governance frameworks via Unity Catalog, ensuring data quality, lineage, and security through role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).

You will support AI and machine learning initiatives by designing the infrastructure necessary for MLOps, guiding teams through the entire lifecycle from model training to deployment. Your role will involve defining technical standards for complex data pipelines, integrating critical systems, and ensuring that data flows efficiently across the organization.

As a technical advisor, you will influence executive decisions and mentor engineering teams in applying best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions align with business objectives and drive innovation.
